LamboWholesale Return Policy
At LamboWholesale, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and service to our wholesale clients. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please review the return guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition with original packaging.
Due to health and safety regulations, e-liquids, disposable vapes, and other personal-use items are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@lambowholesale.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. If approved, we’ll issue a return authorizationRMA and provide instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. Use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue in your email. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a credit after verifying the issue.
Refunds & Credits:
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
Eliquids, consumables, and opened or used products
Final Sale or Clearance items
