At LamboWholesale, we take pride in delivering premium products and exceptional service to our wholesale clients. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it by following the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition with the original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for e-liquids, disposable vapes, or other personal-use products.
How to Request a Return:
Start by emailing service@nurama.net with your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Once we approve your request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with step-by-step instructions.
In addition, please ensure that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we send an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the shipping charges. As a precaution, always choose a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
However if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Furthermore, include clear photos in your email so we can verify the issue quickly. After confirmation, we will send a replacement or apply store credit to your account.
Refunds & Credits:
We issue refunds within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. You may choose to receive the refund to your original payment method or as store credit for future purchases.
